Manila, Philippines, November 1995 Mobile clinics were held in four barrios of Manila and the Garbage Dump, Smokey Mountain. In six and half clinic days, 1800 people received eye exams; over 1000 pairs of eyeglasses were dispensed and 75 cataract surgeries were performed.
